STEPHANIE MADDEN
My passion has always been rooted in personal growth and transformation. That drive led me to a 12-year career playing professional women’s basketball overseas, where I gained a deep appreciation for discipline, resilience, and the power of movement. Living abroad enriched my perspective and strengthened my commitment to wellness as a global lifestyle. With a focus in kinesiology, I’ve combined academic knowledge with real-world experience to help others become the best version of themselves—mentally and physically. I believe fitness is not a temporary obligation, but a sustainable and empowering way of life. Through education, encouragement, and example, I guide individuals to embrace wellness with purpose and confidence.
